Youth Camp!

Youth camp was awesomeee! :D
But the place was infested with flies.
Argh!
I'll try make this post as long as possible.
Because I can't remember what really happened, in detail.Justice = Jabie, Andrea, Wendy, Hilary, Melissa, Sandra, Jone, Daffodil, Shawn, Wei Si, Elijah, Samuel, Darren, Benjamin and me.First day
Woke up very early in the morning and got ready the neccessary stuff. Left for Yishun Building. So we went to the Santuary to have a short briefing on what bus we are taking etc. We went by groups not by regions. So we set off! Wendy, my bus mate. :) It was a long journey. Thank God i was giddy only until the end, where the road is bumpy. And my luggage is real heavy. Went to customs etc. etc. Saw some animals on the way to Port Dickson! I saw a deer, cows, chickens, goats?, dogs, etc, and what seemed like a dead zebra. O.O?! Ehh. Jabie was disturbing Wendy when she was sleeping and depriving her of her sleep. :P He went shaking the flag with lots of glitter and drawing on her hands. Lol.
When we reached there, we placed our luaggages at the eating area. Before going to play Amazing race, imagine how tired we were already, asking us to race. -.- So we went around finding the Amazing Race's buckets and getting our clues. We had to take pictures and once was a jump shot. Haha. The pictures will tell you all. We came in 9th position. :) Later we had free time. So we went back, arranged and clean our teepee. Then we showered. The toilet is not very clean and there's a open space at the corner. ._.
Dinner time! The food wasn't good compared to other camps. They had only 1 dish of vegetable, 1 dish of meat and rice or noodles. But their soup was nice. :) Their desert is like almost the same everyday. And the flies are always flying around in the dining hall. Argh. Okay, the food is not apetitizing. ._.
Session! Pastor Sahle messages are real good. Especially when he uses only 1 verse to preach 4 sessions. Like God really speak to him. The first session was about what God can do true our lifes, and that he wants to interupt our lifes. We have to make a decision to make it happen and we need to be a eagle not a leaf, decide where we want to go, not let the winds of the world decide for us. I think is was really good. :)
I think the games com. announced some results for the games. Ahh, nevermind.
Free&Easy, so we went back to our Teepee:) and got a little use to things. yay. Then we went to sleep. Really uncomfortable for the first night. I couldn't sleep, and i keep turning around. :/ Finally slept la. But had to wake up earlyearly in the morning.
Second day
Woke up at like hmm, 6.45am+ ? Thanks to Rachyeo :) I didn't hear my alarm rang. Washed up, prepared, and left for devotions at the poolside. :) Oh ya, the grass outside our teepees are muddy and wet. Eww. And it goes squish-squash when you step on it. ._. Gross. So this morning, i got my feet muddy. So i went to the poolside and saw Jabie, our team leader putting his feet in the small little jacuzzi-like pool. I thought i could 'wash' my feet there, haha. But i didn't -.- Sis Amy joined our first devotion. It's at Revelations 10 & 11. Later we went to eat breakfast. Okay, i don't like the porridge. It's really watery and they put ginger inside. -.- I know fish porridge usually have ginger, but i don't like it. And i can't taste any of the fish. Okay, enough of the complains :D
Session:D This session was about God using the dead things in our lifes to reach the city. And that He will use the least likely of people. It was the net leaders' meeting. And I'm not one, so we have 1 hour free time. So Jaime and I went visiting, haha. We first went to Joanne's bandwagon, which is so nice. and cool! Then we went to find Esther Chee's dorm. But I went to the wrong room -.- Paddock Chalet. Paiseh. So we just went behind and there they were! Yay! And what's fruitful of that trip is... THERE'S BABIES/TODDLERS TO PLAY WITH. yay. The YMs left their children there for babysitting. And Ashton is sooooooooooooo cuteeeeeeeeeeeee lar. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! The way he fake cry is so cuteeeeeeeeee. Hehe. Ahhh~
Lunch. Aiya, i think this was the soup that tastes the most nice, tom yam soup. Although its spicy. And i just found out their orange coloured juice is mango juice. yay. mango rocks. Games, they were fun but it wasn't as dirty as they said it would be. I think last year's youth camp was waywayway much more dirtier. Will post pictures and you will know. Haha. Free&Easy, we went back and hmm showered? We slacked, watch tv and eat! :D Dinner, as usual, but later. Because sessions are also postponed later. Houseflies are irritating.
The session was swapped with games. All the assistant leaders were kidnapped. Our assistant leader, Andrea, was kidnapped and we had to complete tasks to save them and find the code to free her. I wondered if they forget the code... then they are like really stucked. ._. Got some games, we had to find a doll in the sand, go into a teepee in the dark and find 4 bells, pass messages, haha, i remembered we recorded with phone, lol. Find balls on the field, throw apples through a hoop, etc. Free&Easy. I cannot really remember alot of things already. I remember one of the free&easy we went to Wendy's teepee, and the joke of the day, 'Why did the banana go to the doctor?' hahaha! Rachel and her dog's shadow. So funny! Lights out!Third Day
Overslept. I heard my alarm this time but I didn't want to wake up. :x Suddenly, it was so bright, and it was 7:27am. Ahhhh. So we hurriedly washed up and left for devotions. Good thing i wasn't the latest. xD After devotions, went to eat breakfast with group, not all. Our leader takes a jug full of juice always, that's what i saw. Lol. But more convenient, no need walk here and there. And i wanted half a cup, not full. ._. Cos i was already full. ._.
Session 3! God's going to touch our 'coffins'. And break our bondages. The greatest deliverance is the deliverance from the public. Lunch. Ate. -.- Games, it wasn't as dirty as yesterday's. :D Cos i want to keep my bunny shirt. xD Pictures will tell you all. :) Next post :D After we finish the whole game, we get to leave to do whatever we want to do. So i went back to my teepee. Thank God Rachel's team was at the basketball court only, so i waited only a while outside. Showered. Lol, i could hear people playing basketball at the court. I heard like Justice or something. ._. Dinner. Last session ): About a given life. And whatever God puts in us is meant to grow. Free&Easy. It was Reuel's birthday. So RachelYeo celebrated it at the cafe. We wanted to play games but in the end didn't so we went to Wendy's room. And we were suppose to have a Spicy Party! But not really, suggested that we that the Sambal thingy from the dining area, where they always have for our breakfast. Lol. Everyone was tired, so we went back and sleeep :DFourth Day
Woke up late, cos devotions've all been pushed back. Due to the 12am lights out! Haha. Actually our group don't have devotions so i wanted to sleep later, but have to move the luggages to the seminar hall. So went to Wendy's room to have devotions with her. Yea, understood alot things better. :) Go eat out last breakfast at Port Dickson. It was not that good either. -.- Session, wasn't really session. Testimony time and the games results. Then i went to the toilet. And i came in from the front door, cos i lazy walk through all the luggages. Then suddenly the games com. asks for the youngest girl in the group. I sweiswei walk in then my group members sitting at the side ask me to go. And i'm like noooo. ): Then i was the first and they said Justice gets 1 million points. I don't know whether they even add the points the say they will add lor. Rawr. So i just did the signature move. :) Then go back seat, so paiseh lol. xD Testimonies :D Results. ): We never get top 3, i think we got like top 5 or 6. Not bad eh :D
Had photo taking. Whole church, regions, groups and nets. Later had last lunch before boarding the bus. Luggage heavy lor. Sat with Elizabeth :D Felt giddy the starting of the trip, because the roads are bumpy. Region5/6 bus broke down, so 3 of them sook refuge in our bus, haha, no la, go to somewhere then they take another bus. In the end, never go to yong peng, cannot get my ice-cream i wanted since the first day, and the soursour thing for my bus trip. ):
Customs, i was like sort of suspected by the person la. Cos my passport photo is like baby, and the guy ask me when my photo was taken, what's my full name. -.- Okay... Went to yishun building to shift some stuff before going home. Ya, and i enjoyed youth camp alotttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttty. :D Went back home was like dead tired. :) That's all. :)
